All realtors are super nice and friendly and seem like they would be helpful in finding you the right home. Its not until things go WRONG that you truly find out whether or not you have a good realtor!! This is the part that you need to know when you select a realtorand Clara was absolutely FANTASTIC at a time when things with the loan officer were shaky! She stepped in and took care of a problem that she DIDNT create. Even after we got into our new home, she was responsive to any questions we had and helped us get items resolved. Thats when you know you had a GREAT realtor. She comes HIGHLY recommended. There are way more things that I could share about her customer service but it would be really long!
