In each case, Julia's determined efforts to do the best possible job helped her build profitable entities that often employed over 20 people. It wasn't Microsoft, but then for much of this time Julia was also raising her two children as head of the household. Julia has turned her strengths both to her family and to providing the best real estate representation possible. I'd love to tell you how long I have been helping good people make smart decisions about real estate... but then you might figure out how old I am!! It has been a LONG time... I started when I became a single parent of 2 babies under 3.. It seemed it would give me time to be with them and to have control over my work time.. Well, that part didn't quite work out, but we all learned to roll with it... I am proud to say that my children are both quite successful ( they learned to be responsible by necessity.. as there was no option of helicopter parenting ) My greatest claim to success is that my wonderful daughter: after 5 VERY expensive years at SMU, an advanced degree in accounting, and a successful tenure at PWC, decided to QUIT and got her real estate license and is a broker in Denver CO.



My history, after 12 successful years as a realtor, I became a broker to utilize the latest technology and marketing without sacrificing the personal touch and individual attention that each client deserves. I was born in Houston and I was raised by an entrepreneurial family.  In the 1980s my family started three businesses, two of them being Indian clothing stores known as Sari Sapne & Sapna Boutique, and the third being a South Indian vegetarian restaurant known as Shri Balaji Bhavan.  After I graduated from the University of Houston (GO COOGS), I decided to take over the restaurant business. In the past 4 years, Shri Balaji Bhavan has been featured in the Houston Chronicle top 100 restaurants, we were also listed in the Houston Press as being the best Bang for your Buck and Best Indian restaurant in Houston! So where in the world did real estate come from? The idea of buying and selling residential, commercial and investment properties has always intrigued me.  However, because I was busy running and still learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business I never pursued a career in real estate. Running a restaurant is no easy task.  There's a lot that goes into it, but the two biggest ingredients are one, making sure that we serve high quality fresh food that is always consistent and two, offering your guests the best customer service you can provide.  Since taking over the restaurant I have been able to guide our restaurant to excel in both of these areas! So how does this all tie into real estate?  An agent should be honest and trustworthy but also must deliver high quality service and be consistent in all dealings throughout the process.  I intend to use what I have learned over the years of running my own successful restaurant and apply it to my new business of real estate.  It is my promise that as your agent I will be completely transparent and honest as your buyer representative or as your listing agent.  If you're in the need of an real estate agent, please give me a call/text/email at anytime!
