I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Although I'm not a native Houstonian, I was born in Iran and have been living in Houston since 1997. My areas of specialization are Fort Bend and Harris County. I aim to build strong relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust with my clients. Some of my strengths include being positive, social and honest. I believe in listening to my customers' needs, studying their requirements and understanding their unique situations. In terms of real estate, I am knowledgeable in residential properties and real estate investments, including homes, rental properties and land. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an accountant, which has helped me understand the financial aspects of real estate investing. I chose real estate as a career because I wanted the independence of being an independent contractor, the opportunity to interact with different people and the satisfaction of helping clients professionally. My educational Background is in accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 and I have taken some MBA graduate courses. I am active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, I am fluent in Farsi. In my personal life, I have a wife who works as a senior biochemist for Halliburton, and I have two boys, 14 and 9 years old named Amir and Ryan. Spending time with my family is one of my hobbies. Juli brings a wealth of business acumen, as she and her husband currently own two companies that deal in the deepwater oil and gas industry. They've also previously owned a manufactured stone company, dealing with residential and commercial new construction and remodels throughout Texas, where Juli found her interest in real estate while helping people through the process of making improvements to their homes and businesses. Working with so many contractors and builders at various stages of construction, she really grasped just how much goes into a house under the drywall that you never see. Owning her own business has helped her to understand that her client's time is valuable, and she does her best to get information to them as quickly as possible. Juli enjoys photography, and learned her craft at the South East Center for Photography in Daytona Beach, FL. While living overseas, she studied Physical Therapy at Kings College in Aberdeen, Scotland. She and her family love to travel, and have fallen in love with Jackson Hole at Christmas-time.
