I was born and raised in Sugar Land, TX. Over time, I have watched Sugar Land change drastically. I can remember when there was only farm land along Highway 6. Now Highway 6 connects cities as far apart as Cypress, and Galveston. By growing up in Sugar Land, I have watched how neighborhoods have developed and grown over the 30+ years I have lived there. This experience gives me a distinct advantage in the world of real estate. I pride myself on having strong communication, listening skills, and attention to detail. These skills have helped me in my professional career having negotiated contracts most of my adult life. After 17 years in the oil and gas industry, the downturn allowed me time to pursue a new career in Real Estate. One that allowed me to continue to experience the best part of my former job, and that is meeting new people and helping both parties to a deal come to an agreement. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and have been married for over 12 years. I have 3 boys and I am active in coaching youth baseball.

I am Natalia Branch, I am originally from Medellin, Colombia. I am a full-time realtor, I came to the real estate industry after being in the retail/sales and customer service for 15 years.

I went to University of Houston, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management with HR minor, alongside my Entrepreneurship certificate and a certificate as a translator from English to Spanish in the medical field. I am also licensed in Property and Casualty( insurance field).

Prior to joining TC Global, I spent over two decades as an educator in Houston and Fort Bend Independent School Districts. I bring this unique insight to real estate, helping my clients navigate area schools and their education needs. As an educator and through work as an administrator, local events organizer, and former children's museum director, I learned how to be organized, detail oriented, and proactive. Now, as an experienced agent, I'm an advocate for my clients. I listen to their needs, I'm highly responsive, and I achieve their goals as a buyer or seller while making each step of the way easy. It can be one of the biggest decisions in my client's life, and guiding them through the process is a true privilege.

In My Spare Time

I understand the importance of community and volunteer with a variety of local organizations -- from Sienna Cares, which helps neighbors connect and look out for each other, to the Transformers Creating Access Project, which aids underprivileged students. When I'm not doing that, I love interior design and spending time with my friends and family. (And since my husband and I are empty nesters, it's an absolute thrill when our two children come home to visit!)

I am a grandmother to 6 grandsons and enjoy spending time with family and friends whenever possible. I got my license in 1997 and have had the pleasure to work with all types of buyers and sellers over the years. I did on-site sales for custom homebuilders in several subdivisions, so I am very familiar with that process as well. I feel that communication is key to a successful transaction, whether representing a buyer or a seller.
