My name is Denisse Cardenas, born in Tomball, Texas and raised in Northwest Houston for most of my life until the purchase of my home in Cypress seven years ago. I have an amazing husband whom I started a life together in 2007 and now have three beautiful children. My family and I have attended a faith-filled, local hispanic church in Northwest Houston for 20 years where we have grown and learned so much to now being youth leaders for the last 5 years. Soon after graduating Cypress Creek High School in 2006, I learned many aspects of customer service through a retail company handling requests for specific products, ensuring customer satisfaction, making decisions for our customers and leaving a positive impression on each one. It would eventually lead me to my journey into college where I would graduate with a Computer Business degree in 2008. Shortly after, I acquired an amazing job opportunity at an oil & gas company handling communications with many companies from around the world. Soon after the arrival of my first son, my job interest would take a turn to a local municipal district company in Cypress handling responsibilities of both residential and commercial water qualities. For more than a decade, I have excelled in customer service and with that knowledge and experience, I am excited to now be part of a fast growing enterprise with great leadership to assist in purchasing, selling, investing and rental of properties. Lynda Martin is back to her Texas roots after more than 20 years as a Television and Radio news anchor and as a public relations and communications consultant for private and public organizations. She has moved 21 times across the country and London and understands the importance of feeling comfortable in a new home! Lynda says; "Real Estate is a natural move for me from broadcasting and I'm most excited about helping to create memorable stories of people making one of the most important decisions of their lives, buying or selling their homes." Her attention to detail and working under pressure work well in this hot market! Lynda says being back in Houston and seeing all of the changes has been wonderful! She's been a Board Member of both the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Make A Wish Foundation as well as a Volunteer for the Special Olympics. Lynda has a twin brother with Autism and was actively involved with the National Foundation for Autism Research as well.
