I was introduced to the real estate profession by the agent who sold me my first home. She encouraged me to get my license and thankfully I listened. Over the years I have had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people whom I was able to help them find the home of their dreams! I have also worked with investors who are searching for investment property. As a real estate investor for many years, I was frustrated with not getting the properties that I wanted. Some of the realtors either wasted my time by showing me undesirable properties or lacked the ability to close on deals that were very desirable. Additionally, they did not have the real estate investor perspective (long and short term) and analytics to be able to assist me with my search. After losing out on so many great investment deals, I decided to get a license to assist my family, friends, and clients in getting them the BEST DEAL possible! Joe Edwards has earned an MDIV{Master of Divinity} degree from Faith Theological Seminary. He is also a Nationally Recognized CNE{Certified Negotiation Expert} and is one of the top Brokers in the Houston Metropolitan area.
