Born and raised in Boston, MA, Sonit graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a major in finance. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, he worked in real estate development and construction. In that role, he was instrumental in helping his company to: investigate and acquire development sites, permit construction projects with local town officials, obtain bank financing to fund projects and manage the site development and construction. During that period, the company constructed multiple single family home sub divisions, commercial office space and several 8,000 square feet plus educational facilities under tight deadlines for a national franchise operator.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor 22 years ago, I too, was a consumer in the housing world.
