Transactions in 2017 were 175, 2016 transactions numbered 154, transactions totaled 147 in 2015 and 129 in 2014, for a total transaction count of more than 1,100 properties alone since 2013!

Dwayne White has been in the real estate business for over 20 years with a wide range of experience in both residential and commercial properties. He is a full time real estate investor, business owner, developer and mentor in Houston/Surrounding areas. One of his companies Gulf State Homebuyers has been recognized as the BBB Distinction Award Winner in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 in all of Houston for its customer satisfaction and expertise. A long time native of Baytown, Texas he has given back much of his time to local investors and real estate agents trying to better their careers in knowledge of the industry.
