Ross McEathron is a native Houstonian and a Fort Bend resident since 1994.

Ross received his Texas Real Estate License in 2011 after he and his wife purchased numerous Single Family homes in the Houston area. They also partnered with other investors to buy a 318 unit Apartment Complex in Southwest Houston that was in financial distress. After they turned the Apartment Complex around, they were able to sell it and return nearly 100% in returns to their partners in just 3 short years.

Since then, Ross has become a multi-million dollar producer with Keller Williams Realty and is revered by his clients for sharing his insights and wisdom when it comes to purchasing Real Estate. He is a very effective negotiator and understands both parties to any transaction must find a win/win balance. Kelly Stewart is a native of Sugar Land, who has resided in Houston & Sugar Land for over 30 years. She loves to travel & has spent brief periods of time in New York, Los Angeles, Europe and Africa, which have helped her understand the diverse needs of different cultures. After receiving her B. S. in Advertising from the University of Texas, Kelly worked in the ad industry for four years. She bought and negotiated spots for television & radio on behalf of various national clients and constructed successful marketing plans and market analyses in the top 12 U.S. markets. Thanks to her advertising background, negotiating, marketing & customer service are Kelly's fortes. In 2007, Kelly earned her MBA from the University of Houston. She has been bestowed honors such as 100% Club & is often among top producing agents in her office. She is a board member of Women's Council of Realtors & is affiliated with HAR, TAR & NAR.
