After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.
