Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.

Donna is a native Houstonian with first-hand personal experience in every aspect of the real estate market- buying, selling, landlord, and leasing.
