My name is Denisse Cardenas, born in Tomball, Texas and raised in Northwest Houston for most of my life until the purchase of my home in Cypress seven years ago. I have an amazing husband whom I started a life together in 2007 and now have three beautiful children. My family and I have attended a faith-filled, local hispanic church in Northwest Houston for 20 years where we have grown and learned so much to now being youth leaders for the last 5 years. Soon after graduating Cypress Creek High School in 2006, I learned many aspects of customer service through a retail company handling requests for specific products, ensuring customer satisfaction, making decisions for our customers and leaving a positive impression on each one. It would eventually lead me to my journey into college where I would graduate with a Computer Business degree in 2008. Shortly after, I acquired an amazing job opportunity at an oil & gas company handling communications with many companies from around the world. Soon after the arrival of my first son, my job interest would take a turn to a local municipal district company in Cypress handling responsibilities of both residential and commercial water qualities. For more than a decade, I have excelled in customer service and with that knowledge and experience, I am excited to now be part of a fast growing enterprise with great leadership to assist in purchasing, selling, investing and rental of properties. She moved to Quail Valley with her family at the age of five, and later settled in Sugar Land, where she attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989. Today, Stephanie continues to reside in Sugar Land, maintaining strong ties to the community that she holds dear.

Stephanie pursued her higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After college, she embarked on a career that initially led her to banking and later to Continental Airlines. However, Stephanie's desire to merge her financial services background with her passion for customer service ultimately led her to real estate.

In 2002, Stephanie made the pivotal decision to become a Realtor, driven by her genuine enjoyment of assisting individuals and families as they navigate new chapters in their lives.
