Homemax Properties is owned by Daniel E. Lopez, who is passionate about Real Estate. Having owned investment properties for many years and having witnessed first-hand the economic benefits of owning Real Estate, Daniel started his own company, and is happily building a Real Estate practice that not only has proved to be immensely satisfying on a personal level, but also is congruent with his "life purpose" (you know, the question "what am I here for" that all of us must eventually ask and attempt to answer).
Having received his first degree as an Electrical Engineer(go Cougars!), Daniel spent many years traveling the world as a Sales Manager for a few telecom-related companies. In the meantime, he dabbled in Real Estate by buying and managing rental properties. Today, he is a full-time Real Estate professional, helping the community and utterly enjoying the fact that he doesn't have to be on a plane very often. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Houston Baptist University, and a Master of Arts degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Married with five children, Daniel finds plenty of incentive for being the best Realtor he can be!

I have always been excited by the phenomenal growth the Fort Bend County area has experienced. When our young family moved to Sugar Land in the 1980s it seemed like Sugar Land was as far as civilization extended, or at least that was as far as people were willing to travel to get home.
