I was born in Minneapolis, raised in India, traveled the world with my Merchant Marine husband, and finally, moved to Houston from Hongkong in 1993. Kim Holstead was born and raised in Houston. Although she's not a native Texan, Kim has lived in the Houston area since 1980 and has experienced three decades of the city's dynamic growth. Prior to her well-established career in residential real estate, Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and worked as a supervisor of the STAT lab at Memorial Hermann. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and six grandchildren, gardening, taking care of her dogs, and watching her grandchildren play sports. Kim gives back to her community through her church and neighborhood HOA.

I have been helping clients solve problems professionally since 2008. I have worked in tax consulting, logistics, and procurement before joining the real estate industry and have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life.

I find it exceptionally rewarding to now help people with home purchases and look forward to working with new home buyers as well as seasoned investors.
