Maria Pilar has been a resident of the Houston metropolitan area for over 29 years, holds a degree in International Business, is fluent in English and Spanish. Having lived in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Holland, and Canada has given her a good understanding of international cultures and associated markets. When not at work she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her three kids and her husband. She is also an active volunteer at the Colombia Chamber of Commerce interacting with global business leaders and professionals.

Alicia A. Arroyos has been a real estate professional for 33 years and is known for her honesty, sincerity, and integrity. Prior to becoming a realtor, Alicia was an ESOL & Spanish teacher who taught from Kindergarten-9th grade. She, also, taught at the El Paso Community College and post- graduate classes at the University of Texas at El Paso. She supports the The Chasing A Dream International, an organization that provides school supplies, water tablets to make water potable, and equipment to rural students in developing countries, specifically grade school students whose families live in poverty.
