Send emailI have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Although I'm not a native Houstonian, I was born in Iran and have been living in Houston since 1997. My areas of specialization are Fort Bend and Harris County. I aim to build strong relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust with my clients. Some of my strengths include being positive, social and honest. I believe in listening to my customers' needs, studying their requirements and understanding their unique situations. In terms of real estate, I am knowledgeable in residential properties and real estate investments, including homes, rental properties and land. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an accountant, which has helped me understand the financial aspects of real estate investing. I chose real estate as a career because I wanted the independence of being an independent contractor, the opportunity to interact with different people and the satisfaction of helping clients professionally. My educational Background is in accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 and I have taken some MBA graduate courses. I am active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, I am fluent in Farsi. In my personal life, I have a wife who works as a senior biochemist for Halliburton, and I have two boys, 14 and 9 years old named Amir and Ryan. Spending time with my family is one of my hobbies. I am proud to have been recognized as one of the best sellers in my first month working at Gary Greene. I was a Singaporean, now a U.S. citizen, who pursued both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance at the University of San Francisco. After serving in the Singapore Armed Forces and gaining experience in the banking sector until 1993, I embarked on a new journey by relocating to Guam. There, I established a successful wholesale business catering to local hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores. My family, consisting of my wife and three boys, made a significant move to Houston, Texas in 2006, driven by the aspiration to provide our children with a superior education in the United States. Fluent in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, I expanded my professional horizons by obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2007 and subsequently securing my Broker license in 2011.
