Joe Edwards has earned an MDIV{Master of Divinity} degree from Faith Theological Seminary. He is also a Nationally Recognized CNE{Certified Negotiation Expert} and is one of the top Brokers in the Houston Metropolitan area. He has been in Real Estate for over 30 years and in 2006 and 2007, HAR determined that he was in the top 25 in sales for Buyer Side Agency Transactions out of approximately 23,500 members of HAR. In 2008, he was voted by “H” Magazine as one of the Top Realtors in the Metro area out of 23,500 licensed agents who are members of the Houston Board. In June of 2012, Joe, was selected as one of the top Real Estate Agents in Texas, voted by his peers and clients, and was listed in the Texas Monthly Magazine. Additionally, we are members of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
