I am a native Houstonian and have been a licensed Realtor since 2001. After 20 years in the industry, I still absolutely love what I do! Real estate is a second career for me and it allows me to combine my previous experience and education, to help my clients with marketing, contract negotiations and the highest level of customer service. I am a self-proclaimed people person and would like to think that I have never met a stranger. This is a skill that allows me to quickly assess what my clients need, which can be tricky, as every buyer, seller and transaction is unique. Since I was a child I have been interested in real estate. My father was a builder and my mother a Realtor. Homes and their construction were frequent topics of conversation. It is fair to say I earned a dinner table degree at a young age. This passion has stuck with me from childhood through adulthood. I attended Houston Community College for my real estate training. I have been with RE/MAX for the past 12 years. I have a creative side and enjoy decorating, art, painting drawing and other creative pursuits. I am lucky that decorating skills mesh well with my real estate profession. I am able to help people stage or ready their homes for sale so that they have the best chance for a higher price and quickest sale possible I've had the pleasure of helping people move up to their dream home and first time home buyers on the path to financial security with home ownership. Home is something we all have in common. It is not just the place we reside but it is our sanctuary. It is where we love and are loved, where we laugh and live, where we feel grief and joy. Where we build the memories that bond us and carry with us always. It is my good fortune to be a realtor and be a part of helping people find their own home.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Although I'm not a native Houstonian, I was born in Iran and have been living in Houston since 1997. My areas of specialization are Fort Bend and Harris County. I aim to build strong relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust with my clients. Some of my strengths include being positive, social and honest. I believe in listening to my customers' needs, studying their requirements and understanding their unique situations. In terms of real estate, I am knowledgeable in residential properties and real estate investments, including homes, rental properties and land. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an accountant, which has helped me understand the financial aspects of real estate investing. I chose real estate as a career because I wanted the independence of being an independent contractor, the opportunity to interact with different people and the satisfaction of helping clients professionally. My educational Background is in accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 and I have taken some MBA graduate courses. I am active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, I am fluent in Farsi. In my personal life, I have a wife who works as a senior biochemist for Halliburton, and I have two boys, 14 and 9 years old named Amir and Ryan. Spending time with my family is one of my hobbies. I am proud to have been recognized as one of the best sellers in my first month working at Gary Greene. As for my personal profile, I aim to be enthusiastic and resourceful, reflecting my 6+ years of experience as a REALTOR®
