I have been helping clients solve problems professionally since 2008. I have worked in tax consulting, logistics, and procurement before joining the real estate industry and have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life.

Prior to pursuing his real estate license and joining Realm Real Estate Professionals, Eric spent over 15 years working as an Instrumentation & Electrical technician in the oil and gas industry, and as a professional network marketer. When he decided to transition from the behind-the-scenes aspect of home construction to the buying and selling side of real estate, he was already one step ahead of the game—well equipped with a level of first-hand knowledge and experience few Realtors have. A self-described people person with an entrepreneurial spirit, Eric found real estate to be the perfect juncture of his two strongest suits. BPOs, similar to appraisals, provide an estimate of a property's value but are conducted by licensed real estate brokers/agents.
