Maria Pilar has been a resident of the Houston metropolitan area for over 29 years, holds a degree in International Business, is fluent in English and Spanish. Having lived in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Holland, and Canada has given her a good understanding of international cultures and associated markets. When not at work she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her three kids and her husband. She is also an active volunteer at the Colombia Chamber of Commerce interacting with global business leaders and professionals.
My Caribbean roots, as well as my experiences gained while volunteering around the globe, instilled a deep passion for working with and helping people from all walks of life and backgrounds. Upon returning to the US, I found a role that allowed me to use my diverse experiences and talents to help members of my community. I realized real estate offered everything I was looking for, and six short years later, I have helped countless members of the Houston community make their real estate dreams come true. My passion for helping, combined with my professional experience in project management and engineering, has allowed me to develop efficient systems and processes that smooth the home buying and selling experience, and help my clients find the ideal property or buyer.
