I'm originally from San Antonio, and raised in the Houston metroplex. After being a real estate investor for years, I realized that obtaining my real estate agent license would be quite beneficial to aid in any opportunities. Another advantage I have available is my experience as a CAD designer. My design capabilities have helped to develop and design layout ideas for the various remodels that we've done. Subsequently, Iris ventured into commercial property management with Colliers, honing her expertise in landlord representation. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective, enabling her to adeptly address the needs of both Houston natives and relocation clients in every transaction.

I am a graduate of Cornell Law School, where I received my JD, and the University of Connecticut, where I received a degree in Accounting. Before pursuing my love of real estate, I practiced corporate law for over 20 years.
