Growing up in the Middle East, Sahar Mutammara moved to the U.S. in late 1990 after graduation from high school. She began her college education at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving to Houston where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1995. In 2002 Sahar Mutammara earned her real estate license and later in the year began a successful 10 year real estate career with the Keller Williams Realty office in Sugar Land, TX. While based in Sugar Land Sahars career has evolved to span the entire Houston metropolitan area. In late 2012 Sahar received and accepted an invitation to join the successful team of Prime Properties where she continues to provide excellent service to her clients. I have obtained my eCertification, GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), and ASPRE (Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate, NAR Green Designation, the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert)PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert). I am a believer in education and updating my industry knowledge, so as to provide my clients with current, cutting edge information and diverse services. All to better serve my clients and keep them in the forefront of the industry. I have been married for 38 years to a very special man. I am blessed with a wonderful family and friends who are my guiding lights. We have two adult sons who are our greatest achievements. My passion for real estate grows with each transition and new experience. Once I found my passion, my life in real estate followed me literally around the globe! We have lived overseas in Venezuela and APAC (Asia Pacific region) for 11+yrs. off and on during our married life. Most recently we were in Singapore for 6 years. These global experiences have taught me how wonderfully diverse and integrated we all really are. I have practiced out of the Prudential Gary Greene Houston Memorial Office, Prudential Texas Office in Austin, and Home Equity Ptd. Ltd in Singapore and now, back in Sugar Land living, loving and selling in Historic Belknap Brookside.
