My main goal as a realtor agent is to help everyone get the house they previously dreamed of using honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. I also offer a commission program to buyers and sellers. I live in Sienna, Missouri City and am willing to help clients who live in Houston. It is possible that I will also help clients from outside the city or the state of Texas to find a house in the Houston area and surrounding areas.

Prior to entering real estate, Bincy spent 16+ years as a leader at the highest level of multiple non-profit organizations. After several years of working in the IT industry, including over five years working at a Real Estate software company, Denisa Forbes joined her husband, Earl, as a Realtor. Her analytical and data mining skills complement her inquisitive, detailed-oriented personality, and she makes use of all of the skills she obtained from her past IT experiences to find the best home and community for her clients.

Bailey is a native of the Greater Houston area and has resided in Fort Bend County for nearly 30 years, she is a graduate of Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, TX. She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.

After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion. Bailey is knowledgeable of the Houston market as she has resided here all her life, she prides herself on understanding every one of her clients and devising the appropriate plan to achieve a common goal whether the goal is purchasing the dream home, selling, investing, or leasing. With her athletic background, she knows how important it is to goal set, put a process and systems in place and to communicate effectively to her clients so they are always in the know.
