I have always been excited by the phenomenal growth the Fort Bend County area has experienced. When our young family moved to Sugar Land in the 1980s it seemed like Sugar Land was as far as civilization extended, or at least that was as far as people were willing to travel to get home. That was a long time ago, and perceptions have really changed. It was before Highway 59 was totally rebuilt, Highway 6 was transformed from the two lane road it once was, and the Grand Parkway came to be. Richmond, Rosenberg, Missouri City, and practically all of Fort Bend County now have the infrastructure, properties and amenities buyers are looking for to call home, and it doesn’t take that long to get here. Sellers are in luck, because while you were enjoying your property, the area surrounding was becoming more and more valuable.
