A native Houstonian, Susan has been a real estate professional since 1990, and knows the city inside and out. “I just love to tell our story, and share the history of the neighborhoods with my clients,” she adds. Susan’s market areas include neighborhoods throughout the First Colony and Fort Bend community, as well as Memorial, Bellaire, West University and Briargrove Park.

Susan is conscientious and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She says, “I treat my clients as I would expect to be treated.”

Married, Susan has two sons and stays very involved with their activities including football, basketball and baseball. She also takes time to participate in a number of local women’s groups.

Still living in his childhood suburb of Stafford, he has 30+ years of knowledge of the Sugar Land/Stafford/Missouri City/Richmond areas as well as surrounding areas. Andrew holds a bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a masters in accounting from The University of Houston - Clear Lake. In his rare free time, Andrew loves hanging out with family and friends, and trying new restaurants or visiting old favorites. He is also a huge sports fan, following the Houston sports teams and his Texas Longhorns.
