Ross McEathron is a native Houstonian and a Fort Bend resident since 1994.
Ross received his Texas Real Estate License in 2011 after he and his wife purchased numerous Single Family homes in the Houston area. They also partnered with other investors to buy a 318 unit Apartment Complex in Southwest Houston that was in financial distress. After they turned the Apartment Complex around, they were able to sell it and return nearly 100% in returns to their partners in just 3 short years.
Since then, Ross has become a multi-million dollar producer with Keller Williams Realty and is revered by his clients for sharing his insights and wisdom when it comes to purchasing Real Estate. He is a very effective negotiator and understands both parties to any transaction must find a win/win balance.
