While going to school I developed a love and passion for serving people. Being a seasoned musician and being deeply connected with my faith, I decided to serve others by becoming a full time vocational worship and college pastor at a great church in Richmond, TX. I worked and served our community in this capacity since 2007. Over the last 15 years I put into practice some great real estate principles I learned from my mentor- an accomplished broker and real estate investor. Karina P. Magalong is a Texas Licensed Realtor with KW Southwest. She started her career as the Operations Manager for The Kastens Group. She values helping clients and advocating on their behalf. She moved to Houston in 2016 after leaving a 16 year career as a Journalist in New York City. Attention to detail, time management, high organization are three skills she transferred to the real estate industry. She especially loves using social media platforms to educate buyers and sellers about various Real Estate topics. She is patient, and empathetic with her clients and gives each one individual attention. Magalong graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Hofstra University. She has worked at CNN, Bloomberg, Dataminr, and Fort Bend ISD.
