Kara is a 4th generation Texan and proud to be a Realtor with her family business, Lane Real Estate, teaming up with both her parents who are also both Brokers, Betty and Rocky Lane. Kara grew up right outside of Houston in Rosenberg and graduated from Terry Highschool and Texas A&M University with a BS in Psychology. She worked for a Galleria/Inner Loop title company as a Marketing Manager for 3 years and later switched to the other side of real estate in 2002 as a Realtor. She enjoyed a successful and fulfilling real estate career for years thanks to her repeat clients, referrals, friends and family prior to her husband's job transfer overseas that kept their family on the move for 13 years before returning back home to Houston. Kara has lived and/or worked inside the loop, Bellaire, Galleria, The Heights, Memorial, Rice Military, Sugar Land, Katy, Rosenberg/Richmond, Cypress and Spring and of course has family and friends scattered all over Houston giving her vast experience and knowledge of the different areas of this great city of Houston. Kara is a go-getter with a passion for matching her clients to the right home and neighborhood. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors and has a special designation of ABR, (Accredited Buyer Representative). She is also a member of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and is currently serving on both The Agriculture Education Committee and The Gatekeepers Committee. She loves to travel, play tennis, work with charity organizations and watch her kids play sports. She most enjoys spending time with her husband Justin and their two children, Reid and Kate and their bernedoodle Bear.

My name is Denisse Cardenas, born in Tomball, Texas and raised in Northwest Houston for most of my life until the purchase of my home in Cypress seven years ago. I have an amazing husband whom I started a life together in 2007 and now have three beautiful children. My family and I have attended a faith-filled, local hispanic church in Northwest Houston for 20 years where we have grown and learned so much to now being youth leaders for the last 5 years. Soon after graduating Cypress Creek High School in 2006, I learned many aspects of customer service through a retail company handling requests for specific products, ensuring customer satisfaction, making decisions for our customers and leaving a positive impression on each one. It would eventually lead me to my journey into college where I would graduate with a Computer Business degree in 2008. Shortly after, I acquired an amazing job opportunity at an oil & gas company handling communications with many companies from around the world. Soon after the arrival of my first son, my job interest would take a turn to a local municipal district company in Cypress handling responsibilities of both residential and commercial water qualities. For more than a decade, I have excelled in customer service and with that knowledge and experience, I am excited to now be part of a fast growing enterprise with great leadership to assist in purchasing, selling, investing and rental of properties.
