A native Texan and long time Sugar Land resident, Sharon believes that being a good neighbor and enjoying the place where one lives is very important. Her market includes all of Fort Bend County as well as other communities in Houston, Katy and Pearland.

A graduate of The University of North Texas, Sharon received a Bachelors degree in Music Education and worked for several years as the Principal of a private preschool in Houston. Her work in education has given her an edge in her new career: “The experience of working with children and their parents prepared me for assisting families as they go through the emotions of moving to a new home.”
Married to her high school sweetheart, Sharon is the mother of one married daughter, and the grandmother to four beautiful little girls, the joys of her life. She loves cooking and travel and, given her background in music, it’s no surprise that she is active in the Music Ministry at Sugar Land Baptist Church.

It’s certainly not hard to understand where Terry gets his tenacious spirit. A fourth generation Houstonian who grew up in Sugar Land, his father is a Captain with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, his grandfather is a Captain in the Houston Fire Department and his great grandfather was the oldest firefighter in the City of Houston, who also helped establish the Houston Fire Firefighters Federal Credit Union.
While focused on close-in neighborhoods like Meyerland and the Heights, Terry is happy to show and sell all over greater Houston. His ultimate goal, he says, is to one day become a successful investor in multi-unit residential housing. Since he says that the best advice he ever got was that, “You cannot hope that you will be successful, you must KNOW that you will be successful and, with determination, the rest will fall into place,” one shouldn’t doubt that he will reach that goal.
