In 2018, Yakup founded Goldenlight Realty, a Texas real estate firm that provides a wide range of real estate services, including consultancy, commercial and residential lease, purchase, and sale. With a strong commitment to the highest professional standards, Yakup is enthusiastic about providing his clients with the information and tools they need to be successful. Whether it's finding the perfect space for a new business venture, securing a long-term lease for a commercial property, or helping homeowners buy or sell their dream home, Yakup has the expertise and knowledge to make it happen. In addition to his career in real estate, Yakup is also a dedicated member of the Texas State Guard. He currently serves as a Lieutenant, where he works alongside other members to support the citizens of Texas during emergencies, natural disasters, and other times of need. Yakup's love for his community and his desire to serve others are evident in everything he does, whether it's through his work in real estate or his service in the State Guard. As an active resident in The Woodlands, I enjoy the native forests, winding nature trails, parks, shops…my kids go to schools, play sports, practicing piano and they love to skate at the Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center during the winter time…my husband enjoys hunting and finishing...The Woodlands is a wonderful place to call the home.
