Native Houstonian, Cecilia Garcia's journey into real estate began at the age of 16. Her mother was a small-time investor who bought and flipped houses and dabbled in some property management. As soon as she got her driver's license, Cecilia would drive her mother to tour properties all around Houston. Her fond memories of this time with her mother are where her love of real estate began. Cecilia's background as a Human Resources staffing specialist for an oil and gas software company laid the ground work for her career in the real estate industry. Hiring Managers in Canada, US and Latin America looked to her for coordinating visas and serving as the liaison for relocation companies. Her knowledge of relocation and the home buying process carved a perfect path for a transition into real estate. Committed to the priorities of her clients, Cecilia stays current with the latest trends in real estate. She remains knowledgeable of the market in all the premier areas in which she sells and has a 5-star rating from Houston Association of Realtors based on client experience. In addition to serving her own clients, Cecilia also works as Office Manager of the Sugar Land office for REALM Real Estate Professionals.
