Growing up in the Middle East, Sahar Mutammara moved to the U.S. in late 1990 after graduation from high school. She began her college education at Baylor University in Waco, TX before moving to Houston where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1995. In 2002 Sahar Mutammara earned her real estate license and later in the year began a successful 10 year real estate career with the Keller Williams Realty office in Sugar Land, TX. While based in Sugar Land Sahars career has evolved to span the entire Houston metropolitan area. Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.
