I have over 20 years experience in the Real Estate industry. I started with a mortgage company in 2001 and transitioned to the buying/selling side in 2009, when I joined the Top Producing Team of Nancy Benevides.

As a previous Montessori Teacher and owner of a business, Melanie enjoys the feeling of satisfaction in providing a service of value. Melanie has had the opportunity to live in several states before calling Texas home. As the spouse of a marketing executive, she and her family relocated multiple times.

I was born and raised in Houston and I have lived in this area for the past 48 years. I grew up in Bellaire and west Houston and I have lived in: The Galleria, Oak Forest, Spring, Katy and now in Missouri City. I have a wonderful wife who keeps me eating healthy from the local organic co-op, and three children that keep me entertained. I love to spend time with my family, cook, and play golf in my spare time.
