Leon Booker, Broker, GRI, CRS, ABR, QCS, BS In order to make sure that his services goes beyond his real estate license, Leon continues his education by acquiring his Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR) designation. Among other requirements, an agent must pass a written examination on legal and practical aspects of agency representation. Leon has not stopped there. He has also acquired his Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI) which is obtained by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects in contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Bailey is a native of the Greater Houston area and has resided in Fort Bend County for nearly 30 years, she is a graduate of Lawrence E. Elkins High School in Missouri City, TX. She also earned her Bachelor's in Marketing and Master's of Business Administration from Houston Christian University. Bailey was a member of both the Indoor and Beach Volleyball teams at Houston Christian University, served as team captain, and earned All-Conference accolades during her time as a collegiate athlete.
After working in Renewable Energy Recruitment after college, she decided that a career in real estate was her passion. Bailey is knowledgeable of the Houston market as she has resided here all her life, she prides herself on understanding every one of her clients and devising the appropriate plan to achieve a common goal whether the goal is purchasing the dream home, selling, investing, or leasing.
