About Springwoods Village Master-Planned Community

Springwoods Village is a master planned, mixed-use community located south of The Woodlands and 20 miles north of downtown. It's a new model of sustainable living for the Houston region, preserving natural ecosystems, building energy smart homes, and reducing dependence on the car by providing a walkable mix of retail, dining, offices, and public amenities. The community offers a variety of homes including luxury rentals, urban-style compact housing and single-family. It will serve up to 50,000 workers and residents with CityPlace, its 60-acre urban district, offering luxury residential, restaurants, retail, workplaces, lodging, parks and gathering spaces.

33 miles of trails plus recreation facilities including a kayak and canoe launch and natural ecosystems in the Spring Creek Greenway will be accessible to the Springwoods Village community and its visitors. Including the 150-acre Springwoods Village Nature Preserve, there will be over 290 acres of parks. Spring Grove Park will include a dog park and walking trails.
