Doyle Spencer is a full time Realtor® and Farm & Ranch Specialist. He is a member of the REALTOR® Land Institute (RLI) and has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation. In addition to earning the ALC Designation, Doyle has also received the Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designations. Doyle comes to the Real Estate industry with a vast array of experience and knowledge. Growing up on a sprawling ranch in Texas instilled a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the land. He spent years in commercial construction and 22 years of service in the Marine's. Doyle's skills in management, leadership and negotiations prepare him to benefit our clients and team overall. His keen eye for detail and experience with most aspects of home building and repair processes is greatly beneficial to clients. Doyle performs pre-offer property evaluations to minimize surprises during inspections. For selling clients, Doyle performs pre-listing consultation and recommendations to best prepare homes to reduce buyer concerns. Doyle not only loves helping clients find their perfect home, but loves helping them find the perfect Hunting Ranch, Farm and Ranch residential property or raw land. Jennifer Kinser, is your Third Generation Realtor and Houston Area Hometown Real Estate Expert. I grew up in Conroe,Texas. I attended Baylor University (Sic em') and graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Over the years I have worked as a speech therapist helping kids and their families in the community. Very much like a speech therapist, a Realtor's communication with their clients is crucial to a successful transaction and a trusting relationship. Communication is what sets me apart from all the rest!
My passion for serving others is why I love Real Estate. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years handling all facets of real estate with not only both buyers and sellers, but also property management (purchasing, managing and leasing commercial and residential investment properties) as well as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator for residential sales at several brokerages. I have resided in the Houston area for over 40 years and the last 12 years in Spring, Texas with my husband and 2 amazing kids.
