I have been a Texas resident all my life, and have lived in the Spring/Klein area since 1972. I have watched it grow from a rural area to the booming, growing area that it is, now. I am a Houston transplant. I am originally from London, Ontario, Canada. I am both a wife and mother. My husband and I have a daughter and a dog named Scooter, both of whom keep us very busy. My family and I moved to Houston about 6 years ago after living in Asia (Korea, Qatar and Vietnam) for 15 years. I am a very outgoing person and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, canoeing and horseback riding. I am a leader of a local girl scout troop. I enjoy mentoring the girls and teaching them about the great outdoors. I picked up the hobby of marital arts while we were overseas and have been studying various disicplines for over twenty years. I love the dedication and displine involved with martial arts. Before Real Estate I was a high school ESL teacher. It was teaching that took me overseas in the first place. I loved learning different languages, new teaching styles, trying different foods, learning new cultures and making friends from all over the world. I truly treasure the time we spent in Asia.

My interest in Real Estate stems from my life moving from place to place. I understand the stresses that come with buying and selling, learning a new area and trying to get settled. I also understand the importance of home. My teaching background and love of learning helps to keep me up to date and literate on a wide range of real estate topics. That drive, helps me educate and guide my clients on current market conditions & trends, prelisting and pricing, buyer needs assesments as well as the ins and outs of the entire real estate transaction process.

Vicki Fincher Brown’s roots run deep in Houston – a plus for potential home buyers and sellers in the northern part of the city and in the Tomball area. A Realtor with a 57-year living history in Houston and a 22-year career as an interior designer, Vicki understands what constitutes an ideal suburb and home.

A lifelong business owner, Vicki brings her formula for success to each client, which includes hard work, focused attention and unwavering loyalty. She describes herself as grounded, conscientious, sensitive, eager and feisty (as needed). Vicki’s work ethic and customer service are deeply shaped by an entrepreneurial father who owned auto businesses, a community-minded mother for whom the Pearl Fincher Museum of Art is named, and a public-spirited sister who serves as the Texas State Representative for Champions area District 126.

One of nine children in such an active and close knit family (which has now grown to an extended family of 117), Vicki takes great pride in the acheivements of her immediate family that includes her husband of 40 years, their three children and 11 grandchildren. She also counts among her personal achievements her return to college at age 30 and earning a real estate license.

Possessed of a very charitable heart, Vicki likes to cook not only for her family but for others, particularly for those in need, or friends who are alone and have no children. Vicki is also active in a number of civic and charitable organizations, including The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, Northwest Assistance Ministries, The Centrum and the Northwest Forest Republican Women’s Club.

Buying and Selling a home doesn't have feel like your pulling teeth! My background in the dental field allows me to uniquely understand my clients' needs and concerns in today's fast-paced market. I enjoy building relationships through understanding, honesty and trust in all aspects of the buying and selling process. I work with both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of Residential New Construction, Existing Construction, Farm and Ranch, Townhomes and Unimproved Land. I have helped many clients since entering into the real estate world and have earned multiple TOP PRODUCER awards. I work with clients located in the North Houston area including but not limited to Montgomery, Harris, Liberty, San Jacinto, Walker, and Polk counties. My activities in the community includes volunteering my time at the food bank, providing Christmas for families in need and supplying meals to local law enforcement. Also, the past 10 years I have organized the local charity event Joggin' for Jenna benefitting Cystic Fibrosis in memory and in honor of my older sister Jenna Nicholson.
