My name is Janice Lee and I have been working in the real estate industry for 16 years. I am excited to continue my real estate career serving clients in Houston and the surrounding communities. My career in the Real Estate industry started in the Chicagoland/Indiana area. A few years ago, my husband retired as a captain on the Fire Department so we relocated to be near family.





I have my real estate license, certified marketing specialist designation, loan originator license, & notary public in the State of Texas. To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of a local Church & enjoy spending my time volunteering. In my spare time, I enjoy bowling, going on walks, watching baseball and hanging out with family & friends.

Sharon Teusink has been in real estate in the Northwest/ Champions area of Houston since 1980. After working as a licensed agent, Sharon and a partner started Champions School of Real estate. During that period Sharon developed the curriculum and taught real estate classes. In 1988 Sharon became the manager of the Champions Gary Greene office. The office quickly became a top producing office which has continued through out the years. Sharon attributes the success of the office to recruiting and retaining the best agents in the area, along with a wonderful support staff.

Catie is a top producing REALTOR in The Wilcox Group of Better Homes and Gardens, Gary Greene. She specializes in buying, listing, marketing and staging within the Greater Houston and Montgomery areas. Catie has an extensive background of marketing and sales through her public relations degree and 10 years of corporate marketing experience. Catie is a stern negotiator and extremely knowledgeable on all levels of a transaction. Catie is a former Houston Texans Cheerleader and proud University of Texas and Alpha Chi Omega Alumni. She is a member and previous board member of The Junior League of The Woodlands, She has lead and chaired large events for charities such as Giving Goes Glam and actively supports Interfaith of The Woodlands, HOPE for juvenile batten disease and currently sits on the Board for the Dancin Bluebonnets.
