Marty Dulaney is an active Woodlands resident, who like many others, immediately fell in love with the area when she relocated here with her family. Originally from Louisiana, Marty obtained a Graduate Degree from LSU and worked in medical device sales for 13 years before focusing her attention on the real estate industry. She is an Investor, Landlord, Property Manager, Experienced Agent, and Home Owner herself. No matter your Real Estate need, she can help. She is committed to customer service and satisfaction. Marty has two beautiful rambunctious boys that love enjoying all of the many outdoor activities The Woodlands has to offer such as fishing, biking, and camping. Joanne Dungca has been a Texas native for 15 years. She has been a licensed agent since 2009. At the commencement of her career in the Real Estate industry, she worked in New Home/New Contstruction sales. She made the decision to become a licensed Real Estate Agent to be able to help both buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both new construction, existing homes, foreclosures and distressed homes (pre-foreclosures/short sales).

Joanne has been a multi-million dollar producer, belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Houston has been home for me since I moved here in 2002. I have lived in the city for more than 13 years and know the area extremely well. When I moved to Houston, I first worked as a teacher and then in the Oil & Gas industry before joining the Houston Association of Realtors. Over the years, I continue to fall in love with Houston. I enjoy the diversity, and the spectacular range of ethnic cuisines, fantastic seafood, and, of course, great barbecue. Houston truly has something for everyone.
