Oscar is a native Houstonian who proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He has brought that same level of service and commitment to the real estate world for the past 12 years. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and has 15 years of oil and gas experience.
