I started my career in supply chain management, specifically in the Energy Manufacturing industry for 6 years and I spent another 5 1/2 years in the Oil and Gas industry working for the second largest oil and gas service provider. Cumulatively over the 12 years, daily I was focused on negotiating contracts and negotiation and sourcing of raw materials (steel, chemicals, etc.), MRO and more; sourced and negotiated logistics contracts for both imports and exports, domestic and international, Sea, land, air, and rail; Managed customs entries etc.




In between these years I earned a BBA and began Grad school, MBA program.






I apply the skills that I have learned in the past decade to provide the best negotiations and service for all my clients, sellers and buyers!





I received my Real Estate license, following my husband's footsteps in May 2021, since then I am a Multi-Million Dollar Top Performing Producer years 2021 and 2022.

Tonia Jaeggi, CLHMS, CNE, SMP is the lead listing agent and owner of The Jaeggi Team. Part of the international luxury real estate association, she specializes in the sale and listing of single family luxury homes in the Houston area. An expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, Tonia has sold over 700 homes in the Houston area. A graduate of Cy-Fair High School (BFND), she makes her home in the Cypress area. Married since 2009, her husband is employed in the international and domestic oil & gas industry, and she is the proud mother of two daughters. Today, my aim is to apply the knowledge and expertise cultivated over the course of my career to deliver extraordinary service and results for my real estate clients. In 2020, I made a long-planned transition into the real estate business alongside my wife, Michele Miller. I quickly adapted to my new role and was recognized as a 'Rising Star' for achieving top sales production by an agent in their first year. Starting in January 2023, Michele and I made a strategic decision to join the team at Keller Williams Realty Professionals (KWP) - one of the top real estate sales firms serving the Northwest Houston region. Michele, a Broker Associate, is part of the Executive Leadership team at KWP and serves as the Director of Coaching and Education.

In August 2023, Graeme and Michele took their collaboration a step further and formed the MGM Group. The MGM Group mission is to deliver positive, outcome-driven experiences that result in 100 percent satisfaction from every transaction. Her journey before real estate is equally notable, marked by a 15-year stretch in hospitality and service leadership roles, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
