I, Valarie Myers, am a real estate broker and owner of LOCALITY REALTY and can assist you with new constructions, luxury properties, resale properties, multi-family, investment opportunities, and commercial real estate in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

I am a Sam Houston State University graduate and obtained my educational requirements in real estate through the Champions School of Real Estate. When I am not spending time keeping track of the Texas real estate market you will find me spending time with my family. We enjoy watching baseball and going to the games. We love our Houston Astros! After graduating with my Bachelor's of Science degree, I spent a few years in the classroom before diving into Real Estate. My husbands family started Wick-Mullins Realty and Property Management, and I have been so blessed to be able to learn from their 40 years of experience! My husband and I are blessed to be working together doing what we love.
