Biography: Raised in Houston, attended HISD & AISD schools. Graduated from University of Houston- Central Campus 1995-- BBA, Finance. Worked as an accountant for oil & gas and major natural gas trading companies. My main focus is on each individual client and their needs. I spend as much time and energy on each customer to make their home buying & selling experience a memorable one. A Houston native, Meagan loves this city, its homes, and to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams. Before becoming a Realtor, Meagan worked in Houston's energy industry in regulatory compliance for 14 years. She has a BA in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin. Moving from the energy industry into real estate was an easy choice for the next chapter in her professional career, having followed the market closely for many years, and witnessing her mom, Sally Beck, build her real estate business over the last 17 years. Parts of Meagan's regulatory compliance job she loved easily crossover to real estate working with and getting to know new people, helping clients achieve their goals, researching, researching and more researching, understanding laws and regulations and communicating such to clients. Meagan looks forward growing her footprint and business in the Houston area.

Donya was born and raised in Iran. At a young age Donya opened her mind to a different culture, embracing America as her new home at the age of 16. She understands transitions and what it takes to not only find a new house, but a new home. Donya has built her business on dedication, ambition and personal understanding, utilizing her undergraduate training in psychology and philosophy has proven highly beneficial helping customers navigate the inevitable hard decisions that come with buying or selling a new home.
