Oscar is a native Houstonian who proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He has brought that same level of service and commitment to the real estate world for the past 12 years. As a seasoned real estate professional, he recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives everyday to exceed their expectations. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and has 15 years of oil and gas experience. This experience has provided him with valuable skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, and crisis management. Oscar's clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, patient and fun to be around. Outside of real estate, he enjoys family time with his loving wife Maria and their beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Grace.

Prior to my career in real estate, I performed in the commercial construction business for nineteen years, even do that I still have a construction company on the side, I am fully committed to my clients in real estate. I know that my real estate practice benefits from prior experience, I am extremely diligent and have a deep understanding of contract law and negotiation. I enjoy the personal relationships created with my clients; I believe all parties in a home sale transaction should be pleased with the outcome and strive to bring all parties to a compromise and agreement. What's something people are surprised to learn about me? I am also a co-founder of a non-profit family restoration organization and through this adding experience; I learned the true definition of a home.

Born and raised in Conroe, Misti has a passion for serving the needs of citizens of Montgomery County. She is a product of Conroe Independent School District, and has owned homes in Conroe, Spring, and Houston's Inner Loop. She has also served in the Conroe Service League, and on the Parent's Association board of her daughter's school.

Misti has established herself as a permanent resident of the area. She and her husband, Shane, and their daughter, Lilly, have determined that there is nowhere else they would rather live. Her goal is to help others find the home of their own dreams, and set down their roots here as well.
