I was Born in Tomball and have lived in Montgomery County my entire life. I have not always been involved in the Real Estate Industry but have had the privilege of building quite a few homes with my Father and family. Prior to obtaining my license I was in the Healthcare Industry and it was just a job. Real Estate is a passion of mine for a few reasons: one being the relationships that are built with people and secondly getting to share in the joy and excitement that is experienced when that person finds and obtains their dream home. I am involved with many organizations in my community and have a passion for people and family. In addition to being an Agent, I substitute teach on occasion in the Montgomery School District to stay connected to families and the community. God, my Son and my Family are my top priorities. My name is Ruth Lopez and I was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Houston, TX. While I am open to all areas of Houston, I am most familiar with Spring/Humble area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is The Vintage Park because they have so many delicious restaurants and its very romantic at night.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I am a member of WRC (The Woman's Council of Realtors) and enjoy spending my time creating new ideas. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my husband, 3 kids and our fur baby Marley. As a family we enjoy going fishing and relaxing outdoors. We also enjoy movie nights on the weekends and our local church on Sundays.

Marty Dulaney is an active Woodlands resident, who like many others, immediately fell in love with the area when she relocated here with her family. Originally from Louisiana, Marty obtained a Graduate Degree from LSU and worked in medical device sales for 13 years before focusing her attention on the real estate industry. She is an Investor, Landlord, Property Manager, Experienced Agent, and Home Owner herself. No matter your Real Estate need, she can help. She is committed to customer service and satisfaction. Marty has two beautiful rambunctious boys that love enjoying all of the many outdoor activities The Woodlands has to offer such as fishing, biking, and camping.
