Jennifer serves on the board of Rotary House, a housing program for out-of-town families and patients receiving extended treatment at area hospitals. She and her husband, Mike, serve on the Parent Committee of YoungLife, and they are active at The Woodlands Methodist Church.

Jennifer attended Klein HS in Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree from TCU and a graduate degree from Duke University.

Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.

Eva Wolf is a proud mother of four children who currently resides in the Woodlands. She has been married for 25 years to a Navy vet and an Aggie. Eva graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Accounting.Before moving to the Woodlands, Eva Wolf lived in Cypress, TX for 15 years. She had years of experience in the real estate market before she became licensed as a realtor since she sold new homes for several builders. I'm Shelly Scanlin, many know me as Houston Shelly. I'm the Broker and Owner of Styled Real Estate. I have my undergraduate degree in Communications with an MBA in International Business with an emphasis on Marketing. In 2019 I graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program. I was named HAR's top 20 under 40 in 2019 and Real Producers top 20 under 40 in 2020. In 2021 I completed my Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist certificate. Recently Texas Realtors named me as a "Realtor to Watch" which the award to 1 in 6 members throughout the state each year.



I'm a proud member of HAR, and also am a Hall of Fame member of TREPAC. I sustain my Platinum R donation level each year. Through HAR I'm currently on the TREPAC Advisory Committee, Governmental Affairs, and the Professional Development Committee. Through NAR (National Association of Realtors) I'm currently on the Conventional Financing Committee. Being involved in our industry is extremely important to me to ensure our brokerage and our clients have a voice as the industry continues to change and grow.
