He received a science degree in California in 1995 and went on to become the partner and general manager of a reputable automotive shop. With the goal of providing personalized and prompt service where it was previously unavailable, Aaron started Coco Realty in 2005, a Real Estate Company based in the remote and enchanting seaside town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Specializing in vacation rentals, property sales and the creation of the necessary bank trusts for foreign owners and investors, he has been commended by peers and online reviewers for being honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around nice guy. He strives to offer exceptional service based on his clients’ precise needs. To be sure, Aaron helped a British client and now close friend build his dream beach house from what began as a rough sketch on a paper napkin, facilitating all of the necessary elements and guiding him through the entire legal process. I was born in Dallas and traveled around the US with my family until we settled in Spring, Texas when I was five. My love of Real Estate and new home construction began in high school. Several years after graduating, I began working as an assistant and bookkeeper for a group of 16 Custom homebuilders in Cypress, Texas. The excitement of being involved in the homebuilding process from blueprints to completion motivated me to get my real estate license in 1990, and my Broker Associates license in 2015. In my free time I practice yoga, ride horses, travel, go to live music events, attend the Texas Renaissance Festival, and spend time near the ocean, or swimming like a mermaid in the pool. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends, especially my 7- and 9-year-old nieces. I am also a big supporter of animal rights and I support local rescue groups in my community. Due to my Real Estate background, I am also obsessed with home remodeling and home decorating shows on the Discovery Channel. And of course, helping people find the perfect house while having some fun along the way. If I could do anything I wanted for a living and not get paid, it would be working with horses. I am the happiest when I can trade in my dresses and high heels for jeans and cowboy boots and ride horses all day.
