I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in Business Marketing with a minor in Sales. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with multiple designations I've earned in order to provide my clients with the most knowledgeable experience. For 15 years, I worked as an educator, primarily teaching kindergarten students. As a team leader, I successfully catered to a wide variety of learners, including those who struggled to hold a pencil to those who could read at a high level. I took on the roles of counselor, mentor, mother figure, mediator, nurse, supporter, and a good listener to my students, which helped me to meet everyone's unique needs. I loved presenting new information every day and have a deep understanding of individual needs and compassion for others. Those skills transfer to my real estate business, where I continue to teach, listen, and offer patience to my clients. Before teaching, I worked for a home builder for four years, where I served as a sales consultant. I wrote contracts, coordinated meetings, and ensured customer satisfaction. I received high customer satisfaction reviews for providing excellent customer service and consistent communication throughout the build process. I was a top sales consultant at my company. I then transitioned into becoming a successful real estate agent. As a resident of the Houston area for the past 15 years, I have been active in my community, volunteering at my daughters' schools and serving as the TCGC Chair for the local HS band and a member of the PTO Board. When not volunteering, I enjoy exploring new restaurants throughout Houston and participating in Restaurant Weeks. I also enjoy listening to music and dancing. My goal as a real estate agent is to provide top-notch service to my clients, offering them my expertise on all the current market data they need to make informed decisions and secure the best possible deal. I am dedicated to making sure my clients have the best experience possible. I strive to build lasting relationships with my clients, becoming their family friend and not just their realtor.

Sharon Teusink has been in real estate in the Northwest/ Champions area of Houston since 1980. After working as a licensed agent, Sharon and a partner started Champions School of Real estate. During that period Sharon developed the curriculum and taught real estate classes. In 1988 Sharon became the manager of the Champions Gary Greene office. The office quickly became a top producing office which has continued through out the years. Sharon attributes the success of the office to recruiting and retaining the best agents in the area, along with a wonderful support staff.
