She began her career in the new home industry, earning Rookie of the Year in 1995, as well as top service awards year after year. After jumping the fence into the resale side of real estate, she received Better Homes & Garden's Rookie of the Year, multiple Excellence Awards for sales and service performance and is one of Better Homes and Gardens top producers for sales production.

Kathleen McNamara offers over twenty years of experience to home buyers and sellers. She specializes in Houston’s most distinctive inner loop neighborhoods including the Heights, but works successfully with buyers and sellers all over the Houston area. Her track record includes being a top producer and Kathleen provides uncommon expertise in resales, new construction and town homes.

Nicole specializes in helping clients who are looking to buy, sell or lease property in Houston, TX and the surrounding cities. She believes in a win-win relationship with her clients. Nicole has worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years holding titles such as Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Although she has only been a real estate agent since 2015, she has over 5 years of real estate experience. After being on the buying and selling side of past transactions, she grew a deep interest in real estate and decided she wanted to help others do as she had done, achieve their dreams of one day owning a home.

Nicole was born and raised in Los Angeles, California but she currently resides in Spring, TX with her husband Stephen, their daughter Sarai and their two dogs, Buddy and Coco.
