Born and raised in Cartagena de Indias, a Caribbean City, UNESCO World Heritage City, in Colombia, Roy studied Industrial Engineering in Bogotá. After graduation, he went to work for BASF in Germany in the Marketing Department for Latin America. Later on, he gained a Master of Business Administration – MBA and a Master in Business Informatics - MBI in the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Having worked in different countries, different industries and with different people, Roy understands that a key factor for a good deal is to exceed the expectations of clients and customers. "An uncommon service with timeliness, a detail follow up, honesty and integrity are key to overall satisfaction".

Roy is constantly looking for that information that brings the leading edge: first-hand information from colleagues, buyers and sellers, city officials, developers, domestic and international realtors and neighbors. Roy become a REALTOR in 2004 and is specializing in assisting investors, individuals, and families achieve their real estate goals in the Houston extended area, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia and Conroe. Roy, whose born name is "Rodolfo" has three kids, two dogs and a turtle. When he is not working, Roy enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.

Born here in Houston Texas, July 29th 1981, I have lived here all of my life with the exception of one year in upstate New York. I am a product of the city Spring, graduating from Klein High School in 2000. Upon graduation I attended Jr. College where I was very involved in the theater. I took up bartending to help get me through college. I decided I would turn my love for meeting new people, and ability to sell into a new career.

I began working at Cingular/AT&T Wireless as a sales consultant. gone through extensive training in Dallas Texas, came back to be placed in one of the highest revenue stores in Houston, while being supervised and trained by the top sales representative in the South Texas region. Selling my way to the top, I received several awards and recognition and was later recognized and credited for selling the largest phone transaction in the south district of Texas. I believe one of the most important things I learned in my telecommunications career was learning to listen to what people have to say, and then translating this information to determine people’s true wants and needs in a transaction.

While experiencing all of the challenges and excitement at Cingular/AT&T Wireless, I came across a wonderful couple, one a loan officer and the other a real estate agent, who told me, "if you can sell phones as well as you do, maybe you should try selling homes.” Needless to say I pondered the thought, obtained my license, and haven’t looked back since.

She began her career as a real estate investor in Michigan, purchasing and managing over 10 of her own properties. Moving to Houston over 9 years ago and finding inspiration in this phenomenal city led me to realize that I wanted a career that was more connected to the city and its people. After purchasing my first home right outside of Houston in this quaint little city called Kingwood, I found that I wasn't ready to let go of the experience of homeownership and how it changed my life. After owning a business as a hairstylist and working in corporate HR for a number of years, I felt fortunate to have discovered a unique way of working in real estate that aligns with my personal and professional values. I view myself not just as a Realtor but as an adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize toward long-term wealth building with real estate.
